As most of you know, I used to teach woodturning at Woodcraft, before they closed in February. There were students that wanted to take classes and I enjoyed teaching, so I said that I would find a location to start a school.
Since I had contracted to buy a building for my son to move his computer shop into and it had a second store, I knew I had a place to teach in.
After two and a half months of demolition, the city decided that the best to help a "Small Business" was to take a 1600 sq/ft remodel and cost of $5000.00 to a nice round $20,000.00 that I couldn't afford.
I have been lucky enough to be able to rent space next door. Below are "Before" pictures! The space was a Fight Club, then a Paintball club.
