Freud SH-5 or Rousseau 3301DL?

Would anyone like to weigh in on this comparison? Which one is the better fence... I've nailed it down to these two for what I am looking for.

They seem very similar to me, but I would like to hear from those who have put some miles on them. Thanks!

There's this one for sale on Ebay by a Canadian company (Woodworkingdirect). As best I can tell it is an exact copy of the Freud fence. The price is 49.99 and shipping is 29.99. Don't know about the quality, I've just seen it there for a while. Just do a search for Router Fence and you will find it.

I have a little experience with the Freud fence but none with the Rousseau. The Freud is a very nice fence, I may end up getting it or one of these copies to replace my Norm-NYW fence.

Thanks Paul, I have seen that one as well on Ebay. I there anyone out there who has used this one? How does the quality control compare to the Freud?
