Can Anyone please explain if I can do a contour around this bitmap picture and how to do it. I am trying to get it to cut out around the drawing about .060. Thanks for the help in advance

Without seeing the image, I would bet that as a bitmap it needs to be traced manually. This is not that hard and should go fast after you get going on it.

What kind of file is it?

It is a bitmap of the space shuttle. I am a mechanic tha works on the space shuttle engines and trying to come up with some kind of different award for some of our awards

Convert it to a jpg and try that.

If the "Attach" ignores you the file is probably too large. Look at the list of file extension in the Attach File window and see the max sizes. Then reduce the file to fit within that scope. As has been suggested a JPG is about as good as it gets for compressing the file to give maximum resolution relative to file size.
