Woodtuningz R-W-B Fiber Washers

Has anyone used the fiber washers from Wood Turningz for the red, white & blue bands? I ordered some thinking it might be a little easier and quicker than cutting Corian although it is a bit more expensive ($0.714 per pen).

I have used the fiber washers before for accenting pens. They work great in my opinion.
Pickguard also works great!
