Beall Polishing System

Do you use this?

I just picked up a 6" bench grinder from HF and think that this will do a neat job of polishing.

Any thoughts?

Jerry, I use my Beall's very often and have never been disappointed.

I use it too and love it. Makes wood look beautiful but natural.

You may want to check the rpm of the HF grinder. I think Beall recommend no more than 1750 rpm. I use a slow grinder from Woodcraft.

Jim the HF unit runs at 3400 rpm.

I'm sure i can figure a way to slow it down...any thoughts?

I don't have a clue how to do it.

I do know that even at 1750 rpm, I've lost a piece or two. I now use rubber mats under the system. Wood and concrete just didn't seem to like each other.
