I was asked to put a logo on some mugs and a beer matching pitcher. I have done the mugs but I am having problems putting the logo on the pitcher because the spout interferes with the rotary attachment.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The logo measures 4 inches wide by 2 3/4 inches long

Thanks in advance,
Sheryl Haley

Make a wood jig that has a portion that inserts into pitcher.

IE make a disk that sits in the pitcher and a disk that sits out. Join them with a dowl in the centers. To make sure the disk in the pitcher is centered properly create som stand offs or use another object placed in the pitcher that the disk can rest against.

Hi Sheryl,

Here's a slightly more Engineered approach. Make from 1/8" ply and 1/2" dowel and force the inner disks to jam inside. Drill and glue the top disk to the dowel.
