Wow Tony...can I see the foot?

Nice ans smooth!

Sorry Dewey, I can't take a picture of it now. It is already sold to a teacher friend of the wife and in its new home.

Somewhat of a novel sale. I had just buffed it and took it to the school. She asked how much and since it was for a friend of the wife I said $60. She said she thought it would be more and said "How about $75." I said $70 and we agreed to that.

Congrats on the sale... I hope you told her that she got the "friendship" price.

Very nice looking piece. What is the side dimensions at time of finish? From the photo, the side looks to be 3/8 to 1/2" thick, with a 5/16 to 3/8 foot.

I did not measure it and since I no longer have it the only way I could measure it now would be to get it from Brenda.

I don't think that it differed that much in thickness. I would say it was 3/16" at the wings and maybe SLIGHTLY thicker at the bottom. Maybe a 1/32" or so.

Thanks for the comments.
