This is a natural edge vessel with an open air inclusion. Turned from a piece of honey locust and finished with a 50/50 lacquer/blo finish. The piece is 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Comments are welcome.

Nicely done. I love the gap. Turning air always scares me. Looks like you handled it all well.

Very nice work Jeff! Pretty wood - great natural edge! Really like the form you chose as it shows off the inclusion. This piece grabs your attention! Pretty cool! Looking forward to seeing more of your work!

Jeff, Boy do you have a great name!! From one Jeff to another! The wood is very nice with all the color chages, the NE is right on and as already stated it has a little of everything!

Keep up the good work,

Jeff

Jeff,
Love the form. When I first looked at it I was reminded of an old Viking ship. Strong, powerful piece of work.
