6" flex hose sources and prices

I have been doing some looking for 6" flex hose.

Here's what I found:

Oneida: $5.00 ft plus shipping
Wynn Environmental:$4.30 ft (in 10' lengths) plus shipping (they don't have online ordering :(
Amazon $4.09 ft (in 10' lengths) FREE shipping

Amazon sells the JET hose that Bill Pentz mentions on his site. It is hard to find, so here is the link. For some reason it's under home and garden.

I have been using the Rubber Tough clear-view Thermoplastic urethane
flex hose from McMaster-Carr for several years now. I drag it around the shop and do all kinds of abuse to it and its still like new. One of the other good things is McMaster-Carr will sell it in 5’incerments. The part # is 5136K27 for the 5 inch.

Forgot to mention...

Amazon also has the 4" clear Jet hose (10') on sale for $31.49, the non-clear Jet 4" hose (10') for 17.09, along with the 4" wire clamps at $4.45 per 5-pack. Plus, they also carry the PSI 4" non-clear hose 26.99 for 50 feet.

I'm pretty sure you can add to an order so long as it hasn't shipped yet, and since I got a ship date of Aug 16th for my hose, I think there's a good possibility you can catch yours too.

I say this because I've priced hose/pipe clamps at the BORG, Lowes, and the like, and the cheapest I've seen is something like $1.50 to $2.00 per unit, and they weren't the parallel wire ones like Amazon has, but just those band clamps like you'd use on a radiator hose.
