I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy round cheeseboard tiles. The only place I know of is woodturners catalog. Was hoping there are others that sell them.

Thanks in advance

I don't know of any off the top of my head, but what I've done is get some Corian cutoffs from a local supplier and turn that to use as a cutting board in the center of a cheese platter. It works and sands just like hardwood.

Joe I went through the same thing you are going through.

Since I have a Jet mini, I needed something in the 5" - 6" range.

I went to a local store and bought an Oneida 6 1/2 Inch Round Bar Board (http://www.amazon.com/Oneida-Round-Board-Silicone-Accent/dp/B000668118) and turned off the silicone edge.

This board is high density polypropylene like many cutting boards, and it is reversible. Depending on the size you need, pick up a suitable board and turn it to size.

While I wanted marble, this allowed me to get the exact size I needed.

I will also second Ben's Corian suggestion.
