Has anyone had any experience with the "Rockler Incra universal precision positioning jig"? It gets good reviews on the Rockler website

That is Incra's Original Jig... the one that started it all!

It was recently re-released by Incra due to demand.

I own one, but don't use it on my TS (I have the full TS-LS positioner and joinery package for that), I use it for my Bandsaw and my Drill Press. It is VERY VERY accurate and is especially helpful for precision resawing and for other needs when accuracy is a must.

Many people use it on their router tables and Table Saws.

Inexpensive and as I said... Deadly Accurate to 1/32".
