small compressor stopped working

Hi guys! I have a Husky Scout oilless air compressor that will not turn on. It was running yesterday. I left it to take a phone call and when I got back it was not running. I checked the circuit breaker to the outlet and the circuit breaker on the compressor with no luck. Both gauges read 0. There is no sound of any kind when I flip the switch. I am not using an extension cord.

I called the helpline but they are closed for Good Friday, and also called Home Depot and they didn't have any other suggestions either. I would appreciate any ideas you might have that wouldn't void my warranty.

You could maybe try tapping on the pressure switch, something may be stuck. If that works, you probably need a new switch, but it may get you running until customer service opens.

You might also look to see if there is a reset button for the motor. Usually they would be red. Sometimes they trip for no reason but you should check it out if that is what happened. Russ
