While shopping for a few odds and ends on my most recent road trip, I spied the characteristic color and shape at the Borg, on the clearance shelf. Quiet afternoon called for the department manager, said I'll take the whole load for $100.00. He helped me loaded all six 25 inchers in the cart and and hand wrote the ticket. :D :D
Normally $35.00 marked down to 25.00. Do the math!

I know where there are 11 40 inches marked $33 each, but I didn't need that many that big. Also, I didn't want to make him an offer on all 11. Now, if they had been 24 inches, I might have picked up a few.

Turning and burning Dan if I could only stay home long enough. Solid Gold was cooking well into the wee hours last night (to the shagrin of my neighbors) turning out "stops" and "quarter round" molding the for kitchen project. I haven't recouped the cost of my saw or router yet :p but it's the journey right?? Pix to follow.;)
