Here are the first two pictures. Driftmaster and Ceramic guides.

I will have some more pictures soon. First veneer I have ever made. Made 8 cuts in a 3/4" piece of red oak - still learning to do this. Should have ran the DC!!

You might want to wear a dust mask also along with that DC Mike.. as even a DC won't capture all from a BS. Nice job on the veneer and especially if it was your first attempt. It's kind of like cutting hand cut DT's.... you get better with every attempt.

Good luck and BTW.. nice size shop you have there.

Sarge..

I made a site with a walkthrough for the install of the Laguna Ceramic Guides on my Minimax MM20 bandsaw. Robert Medley originally sent me some pics which made my own personal install go well and allowed me to shoot pictures for a walkthough much easier.
I know several people have ordered new guides so I hope this helps them with their install.
Here you go:

Nice writup Mike. 8-cuts in 3/4" - that is VERY impressive. Unless I am mistaken the kerf on the TriMaster (which it looks like you are running) is .035. 7 cuts to yield 8 pieces and you immediately loose .245 leaving .505. That is about a 1/16" piece of veneer - yeah, I would say that you are there. :)
