I used to have my Bench dog "ProMax" router table on the left side of my RIDGID TS3650 contractor saw and it was perfect. It's a little less perfect on my Grizzly G1023 cabinet saw, as I had to mount it on the right instead of the left (the motor is in the way on the left).

I'm thinking about removing it and mounting it on a cabinet instead. I know Bench Dog makes a "cap" for mounting on a cabinet, but I'm wondering what other folks have done with theirs. Also was thinking about getting a second Bench Dog and bolting them both together (end to end). That way I could have two routers mounted at once for different operations. Plus I'd have a lot more surface area for longer stock.

Any suggestions? Please post pictures if you have something good.

This is what they look like when you mount them on something a bit bigger than your standard 10" saw.

I got the extension as a freebie from my brother because it dipped a bit on the back so they sent him a replacement and let him keep the original. I already had a pro contractor version so I moved the router over and made a fence out of 80/20.
