I'm not looking to do any laser work, but has anyone seen a 48" round mirrored acrylic sheet available? McMaster only carries 12" diameter sheets.

The material is sold in 4x8 sheets so it might have to be 47-7/8" but most plastic fabricators can cut it for you.

I just got a sheet of black acrylic mirror and it was over sized to 97" x 45". So it is possible to get it the size you need.

Jack, do you have some magical method to create a 48" round mirror out of 45" wide stock? ;)

What you don't? How embarrassing! OK, I will be nice and share my secret, first, you post the wrong size and then correct it later to make it bigger.Just don't share the secret with anyone else.

OK, so it was/is 97"x 49".http://www.sawmillcreek.org/images/icons/icon11.gif
