I'd like to thank you for the information on the Craftman 14.4 volt Ex cordless drill/driver. This cordless is built pretty hefty for a consumer grade driver. I'm not sure which magazine it was --either popular woodworking or american woodworker--but they gave the 12 volt EX an excellent review, and this 14.4 volt has even more torque than the 12 volt. While there, I couldn't help myself and bought a Pro grade 9.6 volt driver as well. It was on sale and with my club card I saved an additional 10 percent on the sale price. It is pretty nice too. It has the one handed chuck. It also has a pretty good torque rating for a 9.6 volt.
