spalted maple

This bowl came as a surprise to me, it was roughed out and got the DNA bath and stored in a box along with a few more rough outs about 2yrs. ago. When i dug it out a few days ago i was surprised to see it had spalted,there wasn't even any punky stuff to deal with. Let me know what you think. Wally
