Accuspray Disassembly

I'm getting close to disassembling my Accuspray HVLP gun because I've finished a big project I was working on and want to detail it before I put it away. The gun is all Delrin and the two halves are held together with screws. Am I going to be making a mistake if I unscrew it? I've never had it apart and don't want to damage the gun. Thanks!:)

Ken,
You don't need to separate the two halves to clean the gun. Take the needle out and remove the air cap and nozzle. Then clean the fluid passages with a small round brush. You might need some solvent if there is any dried finish in there.
