Speed Control Broken on 5" ROS

Just wondering what you'd do if...

The speed control on your 5" DeWALT ROS stopped working?

1) Do nothing and keep using it the way it is.
2) Get it repaired.
3) Buy a new one.
4) Other.

I'm thinking buy a new one. What about you?

Find the part, probably the control module, then replace it if you really need it to be variable speed. Probably clogged up with dust.
