I, personally, have no problem with the above considering it says "promotional purposes". My concern is always being credited as the creator.

Yeah they're not gonna take your patent rights or whatever, just gonna use your pix for promos. Just the usual contest boilerplate.

Thats a pretty respectable prize, there should be some cool entries! :)

Have you ever read your cell phone agreement? Many use virtually the same wording in the small print, to cover everything (other than voice) that you send though their networks.. Makes ya kinda want to be careful with those photographed or videoed business ideas eh!
