Squeaky Hinges

Our house is only 4 years old but the doors to the bedrooms seem to squeak a lot. Does someone have a good trick for getting rid of this?

Spray the hinges with silicone lube.

Squeaks in hinges are the result of metal rubbing on metal. A drop or two of light oil (I use 3 in one oil) will cure this for years and years and significantly prolong the life of the hinges. Warning, doors that are not hung plumb may tend to close or open on their own once the hinges are oiled.
