Daylight Savings Time?

Since the time change last Sunday, all times I see are off by one hour. I've checked my User CP and my time zone is set Mountain and DST auto detect is on. Time display says GMT -6 but mountain is -7. Am I the only one with this problem? Have I done something wrong?
