If the 9 1/2 is in reasonable condition, then it is far superior to the other two, with adjustable mouth and both depth and lateral adjusters.
My pick.

Those prices seem very high to me for a block plane. Especially a non adjustable mouth model.

I think the price for the 102 and the 110 are just too high, I would pass on those. The price for the 9 1/2, if in good condition, is about right. The 9 1/2 is also a much more useful block plane than the other two for the reasons mentioned. You should also look for either a 60 1/2 or a 65 in good condition for a low angle block plane. Other standard angle block planes worthy of your attention are the 18 and the 19 series planes.

I may be branded a heretic for saying this, but I like the current retail Stanley 9 1/2s. I use mine all the time for medium cuts in long grain on thin pieces. I have a L-N 60 1/2 set for a very fine cut that I use for end grain, but for long grain, I prefer the Stanley.

It did take a little work out of the box to get the sole nice and flat and the blade nice and sharp, but I find doing that stuff relaxing.

102s sell for about $10-$15 in fine condition
110 maybe $5
9 1/2 about $25 for a nice one
No65 the one you want $50-$65
60 1/2 baby 65 $25-$30

Is that I think is fair of you want long enough
EDIT:WoW! wth was I saying :)

CORRECTION: Thats what I think is a fair price, just take you time and if you wait long enough you should be able to fine planes at the prices above...

Whats the price on the new Stanley Block Planes?? I am guessing $65-$70????

And there's the #18, too. That's the one I'm looking to find a deal on.
