Where to buy vari-feed kit?

I've been trying to find this vari-feed kit online for cheaper than $579

No help on the Actual W&H vari-speed, but I have seen the ShopFox version on eBay for $200. It probably bolts right onto a W&H ! Hmmm...

The Surplus Center sells lots of dc motors and controls cheaper than many places. I bought a variable speed motor and controller for about 1/2 of what some others charge for one that is less powerful. I am not familiar with that W&H power feed. Is there a rubber belt inside the red housing to feed the stock? Or what?
