Sunday to the store I said I'd never go back to. I received an E-Mail from someone that made me change my mind. I don't really know if he works there (as there's a few around here) but it was a complete opposite of the last time I was there. I think word got out to a lot of places and some people might have taken another look at whats important. The sales help answered all my Q's and even showed me how to set up my new plane as I've never used one before. I want to thank the person for getting me back in the store and I will go back again. I think it was a class act for the E-mail. It couldn't have been that easy to write. Just wanted to let everyone know the follow-up and I'm glad it all worked out.
