I have been looking at power carving tools lately. not for primary use just to be used as a side or as needed. does anyone do power carving and if so what equipment do you have. I was looking at the Wecheer at Woodcraft.

i have a few of the smaller wecheers from woodcraft. very handy and great value. i do eventually burn them out but worth it. i use dremels for bigger bits and an air die grinder for 1/4 inch bits. i also use an angle grinder and a random orbital sander. all that said...a matt knife and a fishtail gouge are the tools of choice.
