Tools for Working Wood: I just bought a Gramercy 12" Carcase Saw and even though it was well packed, the handle was broken. It took as long to dial the phone number as it took the people at "Tools" to send a new saw on its way with a return package for the broken saw. Good service, and good products deserve recognition. :)
