Delta 28-299 BS for $400?

I have an opportunity to buy this BS and am wondering if anyone has comments on the saw and price. I understand it is one of the last USA made saws and was a special release. The fellow tells me it is in excellent condition. I have no picture of it and can't find one on the net. I've looked all over for one. A link to more info on the saw would be appreciated.

Do a google images search for it and you'll get a couple hits. Looks like a nice saw if you're in the market.

It looks to be like an old version of the 28-206 except that your model appears to be single speed. It should take a riser block kit if you want a 12" thick cut (optional) instead of 6" thick cut (standard).
