The Mini 18 has a 25, 35 and 45 watt version. I have a 25. Is the difference only the lamp? In other words, can a 25 watt upgrade to a 45 watt with just a lamp replacement?

Yes, you can upgrade to a 35 or 45 with a replacement tube. I upgraded to a 45, it's not complicated.

I am having Legend 24 EX 75w, would it get upgraded to higher wattage ie 100w or more. What extra cost would involve? any complications ?

I talked to Epilog about upgrading my 100 watt to 120, They wanted the price differance between the 100 watt and the 120 watt. It was a while back and I do not remember the price exactly but it was around $7000 for me to get the 120 watt tube.
