New Poly Bandsaw tires have a Hump

I bought them on Ebay. I need a 15 inch size which is not typical from what I can see. Anyway, they arrived and fit nice, but where the Tires were bonded together (a plastic weld) there is a slight Hump. WHen I spin the wheel I can detect a touch of runout. Is this typical? IS there usually a noticeable joint on poly tires?

I think when I put some on my Ridgid, there was a seam, but I guess it wasnt very large, because it didnt cause any problems. Is the material thicker at the seam, enough so that you can sand or file it down without causing a thin spot? Thats what I would do.

Lance, I sanded it down a bit , but it still has visible runout. Probably nothing to worry about I suppose. Does anyone know if the Carter Tires have a visible seam?
