Has anyone seen this? I got the pic in an e-mail and want to find the source so I can possibly get some rough dimensions. Thanks.

That has lines very similar to the Noguchi Table. Though the table that you have a picture of is much slimmer and more curvy. But look up the Noguchi, and you'll find some dimensions that should work for you.
