Looking for info for North West Indiana/Chicago area

I am looking for some one in the North West/ Chicago area that would have a rotary engraver that is willing to engrave a sword scabbard. I declined doing the job on the laser but offered to try to help him find some one else to do the job he wants. I would appreciate any leads.

Aren't those usually more flat than round? You might repost with the title engraving a Sword Scabbard if I am correct and find you might be able to do it with some suggestions.
