I would pass. That is the Grizzly G0624 in Jet color.
The speed range is undesirable. The 1st and 2nd speed is too far apart (2.65 times). The range in high speed is crowded (1.21 times).
Speeds: 480, 1270, 1960, 2730, 3327, 4023 RPM
After roughing a bowl blank at 480, the next jump is too fast to be practical.
