Went to an auction here over the weekend. Auctioning off a guys entire shop. Was told he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed in a week. Anyway, tons of stuff, though it couldnt have been the full shop, many of the big tools were missing. Lots of small stuff, clamps, hand and small power tools, and a 9x12 Festool layout table with several thousand dollars worth of festool and accessories on it. TS55, Rotex, Plunge, triangle head sander, 1/3 sheet, and buku's of accessories. Most all of it went to one guy for 60-75% retail I would guess.

The bulk of the rest sold for well over retail. Parallel clamps selling in the 25/30 range, pipe clamps over 20 bucks. It was insane what people were paying for stuff that should have went for 5 bucks. The auction house made their lot on this one for sure.

Only wound up with a few things as the rest was too rich for my blood...

Got an old film cabinet for 30.00

A box of toggle clamps (24pcs thereabouts) 110.00

A never used vacuum clamp setup, no one bid $35.00

And what I really wanted, a brand new never mounted emmert knock off for 110.00

Was hoping to get a bunch more but the prices were sky high.
