Are there any decent holes saw kits for woodworking, or does everyone use the adjustable circle cutters? Hole saws seem better suited for hand drills, but DP's? I've got a smal Bosch set, but was considering a larger set if they would work well.

Yes, and yes. Forstner bits, hole saws, fly cutters, router circle jigs, and bandsaw jigs. Whatever it takes. Hole saws work great, but get expensive when they get bigger. Fly cutters are good on a DP for holes under 6", but they don't leave a real finished hole. Router circle jigs do a great job in almost all cases. Bandsaw jigs work well when you need the circle, not the hole.

lenox makes a great hole saw I use them at work to cut holes in steel pipe and on some woodworking projects at home. They work great for things that are not over 1 1/2 PITA if it's thicker
I use a forstner bit on thicker projects.

If it is thin stock, I like to use the circle cutting jig for my Dremel.

I tried one of the circle cutters. In oak. It broke.
