Crosscut Saw Handle Template?

I was given a 26" crosscut saw with a plastic handle. I'll use this to try making a handle and practice filing. The handle doesn't fit my hand as well as others I have tried and I don't own any good examples to copy.

Can someone point me to a template for a saw handle? Even a photo of your good saw handle next to a ruler would be fine.

Oh yes, I have a piece of walnut and a piece of maple the right size. I assume either of these will work.

Almost perfect Dave, except it's for a dovetail saw and I need a handle for a full size 26" saw.

But I'd love to make the dovetail saw someday!

Again - super fantastic and very useful, but the shape of a handle for a backsaw is different than a panel saw.

I can still use the methods from that tutorial, but not the shape.

I found a photo of a handle I like that I printed out in 4 sizes. I'll cut out the prints and go for the one that is closest to my hand size.

I don't have a template per se but you can probably draw something up from these. The Atkins at the top is not as old as the Disston at the bottom but the handle is still very comfortable. However, the Disstion #7 handle has got to be the most comfortable full sized saw handle I've ever held. There's not a spot on it that isn't nicely rounded.
