View Full Version : Acrylic for business cards?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a ultra thin acrylic that is somewhat flexible and won't break or is at least somewhat breaking resistant when bent? I would like to find something that has the same lasering characteristics as regular cast clear acrylic (frosts white) but is thin enough to pass for business cards. Once upon a time I thought someone had mentioned ultra thin high impact acrylic 1mm for similar purposes, but I haven't been able to track this down anywhere.

Anyone?

Thanks!

The clear/frosted laserthins seem like they may be a good match...

That's one of the (few) good applications for the clear thin polycarbonate. The engraving is not quite the same as acrylic but close, and you can bend it over double without breaking.

Thanks!! I will check into both. I know where to get the rowmark stock (didn't think of that...duh!!) Any particular vendor for the thin poly?
