There are two recalls involving Dewalt batteries that everyone should be aware of. 1) I believe 18V where a battery explodes in the charger. The info I have doesn't list the spcific battery voltage. 2) 18V batteries that do not lock into the tool and fall out. This recall includes date codes 9719 to 9810 of model#DW9095. A phone number listed for this recall is1-877-457-0478.
