I thought I had read about this once but I can't find any record of it now.
Has anyone put together a twin screw face vise using two quick release vises (like these (http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.aspx?c=2&p=54873&cat=1,41659,41661&ap=1))?

I currently have a twin screw face vise using these (http://www.leevalley.com/wood/page.aspx?c=2&p=41664&cat=1,41659).

I like my current vise a lot, it just seems to be somewhat of a dance when I try to hold the piece and tighten 1 screw, then the other, then back to the first one and so forth. And then the same when I release it.
It just seems that everything would be right in the world if the twin screw moved in and out like a quick release.
