Any of you creekers making plastic flexable rulers or dials?
What material do you use

sure do, i am using mostly 1/8 inch lexan or polycarbonate as it is far more durable than acrylic for an application like this.

You want flexibility use Laser Lignts. I have made lots of rulers with laser lights, they are often used to wrap around round objects for layoff purposes.
