A friend in my club has this :Jet 14", Mdl JWBS-14, Stock# 708705. The broken piece is Trunnon (sp) that connects the tilt table to the frame

Can anyone tell me where to direct him to get the trunnion?

Thanks,

Pete

The parent company of Jet tools is WMH Tools.

www.jettools.com (http://www.jettools.com) or

http//:woodworking.jettools no www needed

or just Google Jet Tools.

Hope that helps.

Second Don. Jet should know where to go if they do not have. Warranty?

If you have a local Tool Hospital or something similar, give them a try. Jet charges a LOT for shipping.

If you have smart friends like I do:D, you could have them fix it for you. My friend welded the bottom bearing support so it works like new now.

Pete,

The web sites above should be productive. If your friend wants to upgrade the critical parts of his bandsaw, to fine tune it's operation, give Iturra Design a call. They are very helpful and have the most informative bandsaw catalog I've ever seen, it even goes into the history of Jet & Delta. Iturra manufactures bandsaw parts that correct weaknesses found in the JET and Delta OEM parts.
