Making Round and Oval Picture Frames

Howdy,

I want to make a few round and oval picture frames. Does anyone know of sites or books that may be helpful. I have a jig so I can cut ovals and round cutouts and the make donuts by cutting out the middle. My question is in regards to routing a a pattern into the wood and routing a rabbit in which the picture is placed. Thanks
