Like a coat of arms.

Actually I do not use corel and am not sure how to save it backwards. I converted from cmx to cdr just so I could upload the image for you. Here is a zipped cmx. Let me know if that works for you or if you want an eps or flexi file.

Thanks for the help, this is the image though that I am hoping to find. This one is really low res and will use it if I don't have an alt.

I have several official NAVSUP and FISC ones, but not that one. Can you track down its origin? Looks like a locally made one--not official.
