This natural edge bowl is a cherry burl about 6" x 2 1/2". It was roughed out several years ago and had been sitting in a box ever since. Finished with Danish Oil and Beal buffed. I welcome your comments and critiques.

I like the bowl. I wish I could see it up close because I'm sure the colors and grain are wonderful. I like the form, too. I think I could do without the foot, but that's a small quibble. Well done.

Interesting natural edge Cyril! Beautiful wood! Great job on keeping all the bark! I like the orientation of the piece - the way one side is higher than the rest. Gives the bowl a 'framed' look and allows the viewer to see inside of the bowl from many different angles.

Very nice bowl. I love to work with cherry burls. The smell is great and it cuts so nice.
