Looking to build a fold down out-feed table

Over the years I've seen various woodworking magazine projects for folding contractor saw out-feed tables. I would like to find plans for a simple design using plastic laminate on MDF or plywood with folding support legs but can't remember where I saw the project. Can anyone help?

I think this table design will do nicely. My contractor saw is on a mobile base, and I have an Incra fence system that will present a challenge, so I'll have to adapt here and there. Now comes the fun part - shopping for supplies.:D
