I'm back.

Well a couple years, and a renewed interest, along with some maturity have brought me back to the creek. Just wanted to say howdy to all the members out there. I have been lurking for a little while and have decided that I need some people to show off my projects to. ;) Just moved from Atlanta, GA to a 2000 SQ ft out-building and and one of the best places to live. Don't worry, I will keep you guys updated. What's a thread without pictures anyway, right?

David....Welcome back! I first moved to Bend in 1977 and moved away in 1978. The Central Oregon is perhaps some of the prettiest scenery in the whole country but boy has the population increased!

Just drove through Sisters and Bend on the way to visit my daughter in Eugene and help her build a white picket fence around her front yard. Beautiful country and it always astounds me how desolate eastern Oregon is. Beautiful but desolate. Especially at 2 am in the morning.

Oh man, it's pretty desolate. But Bend is over 100K now.

Bend was about 17,000 when we lived there. In 1978 when we left, it was starting to grow.

That's pretty big compared to a lot of other cities here, but when it's the largest city in an entire reigon in Oregon, that's pretty small.

Yeah, only 5 years. I am still in high school, lol.
