Urgent Graphic Request - US Navy E-6

I do not like relying on you good folks for vector graphics, but I have an urgent request for a vector image of the US Navy E-6 rank insignia. I need to have a plaque completed by late afternoon.
My brother in-law is leaving for Afghanistan Sunday morning and wants to present this plaque to a fellow sailor that is leaving the service before he goes.
My skills are not yet developed enough. I've tried converting the attached graphic, but just cannot get the eagle and anchors.

What is his rate? The one in the picture is a Boatswains Mate. In lots of graphics they use BMs and a standard but if you want to do it right you need his real rate.

I was given: AM1 (AW). I'm also using the EAWS badge - which i did find.
So is this the proper rank insignia?

Thanks for the heads-up Dewey. The US Navy's rank are so confusing. I would have engraved the wrong one. My brother in-law confirmed it should be as pictured here.

We wear that one you pictured in our working uniform E-6 and below but to engrave something you would want the rating badge I posted.

OK, here is the final plaque. The name was removed as he/she is not my paying customer, although I'm not charging my brother in-law either. Well that's not true, I told him he owes me a beer when he returns from Afghanistan

I know what you're saying Dewey, but this is the mock-up that was approved. If they later determine the badge does need to be above the chevrons, it's no big deal throwing it on later.
