Wasn't sure which forum would be best for an intro but this one looked like best fit.

I stumbled upon this forum while looking for woodworking sites. I must say I'm very impressed with the structure and depth of information on this site. Truly a great resource you all have created here and hope I can contribute here in a meaningful way.

I co-operate a stair company so that type of work is my fancy although special projects are always fun such as a chest or a simple table. I have an interest in tool technology and researching the world of CNC. I'm also quite proficient in the use of computers, especially mac, and web applications. Getting away from all that, I also enjoy fishing, cycling, and I'm addicted to both coffee and tea.

Looking forward to being apart of this community and sharing information, ideas, and media.

Welcome Chris, there are lots of great people here who are always willing to help. Conn. is a beautiful state. I have some family their in Stratford and Danbury. Spent a lot of my youth on the beaches of Lordship.

Hello from down Rt 2! You probably drove right past my house (or close to it) if you ever visited one of the casinos. :)

Fellow java fan here, I enjoy home roasting my own coffee.

Welcome Chris. If all goes as planned, I'll be picking your brain later this year on a stair project I've been looking at.
