Im looking for flitch cut Walnut Veneer that is at least .040" and will need to be at least 12" wide, i need prolly a total of around 200 lin ft. Does anyone know a supplier that i can get this through? Preferably less than $2.00 sqft.

I was at Goby Walnut in Portland recently. They have veneers of wide sizes and nice thickness. I wasn't in the market, so didn't check the prices.

Certainly Wood has thick walnut veneer. http://www.certainlywood.com/index.cfm Call them to discuss width.

Certainly wood does stock some special thickness veneers and I think they do have some 1/16", 1/24" and 1/8" walnut stock now. Dont just go by their website. On some rare occasions they have other stock that is not listed.

What part of the world are you from?
Here in town we have a store called "Hardwood Lumber and more" (.com)
They have a lot of veneer. They had some huge sheet of cherry last time there. May want to give them a call. I am sure they would know a source if they do not stock it.
